Mindful Mondays are back! We’ll start the summer by trying a variety of practices for embodying spirituality, connecting to God with our whole selves: body, mind, and spirit. We won’t be gathering in person; all of our Mindful Monday experiences will be virtual. RSVPs to make sure that you get all of the necessary info (including login info, links, and supply lists). No prior experience is necessary. This year, we’ll try gentler yoga with the option for using a chair for all the poses.
