Mindful Mondays

Mindful Mondays are back! We’ll start the summer by trying a variety of practices for embodying spirituality, connecting to God with our whole selves: body, mind, and spirit. We’ll meet in the Fellowship Hall 6:30-7:30pm. RSVPs are appreciated, and a $10 donation is suggested, but not required, each week to cover the cost of the instructors and materials. No prior experience is necessary. This year, we’ll try gentler yoga with the option for using a chair for all the poses.
